Sentria Social ("the Service", "we") is a subscription web application that helps creators and small businesses draft, schedule and publish their own content to the social accounts they connect: Threads, Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. It is operated from Indonesia and available at https://social.sentria.id/. This policy explains what data the Service accesses and how it is used.
1. Data we access
Account data you give us: username, password (stored only as a salted hash), WhatsApp number, and your subscription and order history.
Threads (Meta), with your permission: basic profile (user ID, username), your own posts and their metrics (views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes), and the ability to publish posts and replies on your behalf.
Instagram (Meta), with your permission: basic profile of your professional account (user ID, username, account type), your own media and their insights, and the ability to publish posts on your behalf.
Facebook Pages (Meta), with your permission: the list of Pages you manage (pages_show_list), basic engagement of your Page posts (pages_read_engagement), and the ability to publish posts to the Pages you select (pages_manage_posts).
Pinterest, with your permission: your account name, your boards and Pins (to let you pick a board), and the ability to create Pins on your boards.
YouTube (Google), with your permission: your channel name (youtube.readonly, to show which channel is connected) and the ability to upload the videos you approve (youtube.upload). Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
TikTok, with your permission
user.info.basic: your open ID, display name and avatar, shown so you can see which TikTok account is connected.video.publish: your creator posting settings (nickname, the privacy options available to you, whether comments are allowed) and the ability to publish the photo posts you approve to your TikTok profile.
We do not access accounts you have not connected, your followers' data, your private messages, or your TikTok videos and analytics.
2. How we use it
- To show you which accounts are connected and to publish the content you create in the Service to those accounts.
- To keep a history of the posts you published through the Service (text, topic, time, performance metrics) so the AI drafting assistant can suggest better drafts for you.
- On TikTok, nothing is posted without your action: before every post you see the account it goes to, a preview of the content, and you choose the privacy level and interaction settings yourself.
- To run your subscription (plan, AI balance, payments).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Storage and security
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database (hosted by Neon) and on our application server. Access tokens for connected platforms are stored on the application server, separated per user, and are never shown to other users or shared with third parties. Connections use HTTPS.
4. Third parties
- Meta (Threads, Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, Pinterest and Google (YouTube): the content you choose to publish is sent to these platforms through their official APIs.
- OpenRouter (AI provider): to draft captions, text such as topic keywords, your content style notes and summaries of post performance is sent for processing. No access tokens or passwords are sent.
- Sentria (payment provider): order amount and identifiers needed to process your payment.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. You can disconnect an Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest or YouTube account at any time from the dashboard, which deletes its access token from our server; for Threads, revoke access as described below or contact us. You can request deletion of your account and all stored data by contacting us; we complete it within 30 days.
6. Revoking access
- Threads / Instagram: Settings → Website permissions / Apps and websites.
- Facebook Pages: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
- Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps.
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions.
Once revoked, the Service can no longer access or publish to that account.
